i havnt written on this in a VERY long time, this past year i came to alot of harsh realizations that life won't wait for me, no one notices anymore, and no one cares. fine, ive accepted it, lets move on, i have felt like ive grown up and well, along with kevin seconds i swore id stay young till i die. so im getting involved and participating again. i am starting a zine that will be put out once a month and each issue will come wth a mix tape hand numbered out of 25 and then be put online for a digital download, each issue will be specificaly about the songs on the mix chosen each month by a different individual within the hardcore/punk whatever music community. the zine part will be their reasoning for choosing the song, whether it be a memory, story, feeling or meaning that song is associated with. i am also listening to and activley searching for new music thats making me really stoked. on a side note i love all things morrissey or panic, im not sure why thats important but it is. i have been re-reading alot of favourite books like perks of being a wallflower, the catcher in the rye, franny and zooey etc... life is looking up. this year i need to chill, be sweet and hangout more. i really miss my grandpa, uncle and seb. i think after they passed away i started to accept that life is shit and it doesnt fucking matter, i feel like since then i have been putting in the time and thats all life is, is putting in the time. so im trying to be excited about life again.

so this weekend was the best in a long time, i love having my old friends back i mean just i love all them so much words cant describe and im glad we are all hanging out together again! i miss staefan alot though! any way last night i was redaing before i went to bed and a pic of seb i had tucked in between he pages fell out and, im not sure, its just still really hard and i realized im never going to get over this completly. im not sure if everyone is still going through this or not, but i honestly cant deal with thinking about it yet. too much to deal with so instead im letting a little bit at a time sink in. any way band practice now!

ok last night was perfect, minus my bands crowd being turned away at the doors cause the show was sold out. We played an good set, and people seemed to have liked us :). We've made more than enough money to record, so we'll be doing that soon.
last night, I also met a bunch of people, and everyone was just so nice!! I wish I wasn't sick and kinda out of it, but oh well. The guys in daggers bearing notes are some of the nicest guys ever. I LOVE YOU MATT!! hahaha, great things came out of their set with shawn, which is awesome, they deserve some big shows.
it was nice seeing the following people: vik, dave lawless, mike phillips, matt mcfadden, cory, matt hall, heather, jess, matt finner, ashley, pj, jimmy, igor and chris, sabs, jenn and sarah, celestre, anthony, suzanne, samatha, matt gilmour and everyone else who I forgot to mention, I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS SO MUCH :).
for the rest of the show, the transit was pretty good. we, the accused was pretty sweet too, it was my first time seeing them. By the second song from buried inside, I just wanted to
go home, my head was hurting :(.
anyways, today, i'm gonna go to alexisonfires show to check out the fullblast with Vikram...it's gonna be sweet! thanks a billion for the ticket bro!

wow, last night was AMAZING. New found glory is definitly one of the best bands ever. They played 23 songs, and it was worth the 25 bucks that I was gonna pay to see them...luckily, I saved my cash cause vik won tickets and gave me one :)!! THANKS BRO!! :D. so tonight, we played a show at matt finners birthday thingy in the basement of a church. it was so much fun. I loved the hang out, and I brought burgers, and yeah, I wish I brought more..but oh well! they were yummy, and I hope no one dies cause we weren't sure if they were cooked right...haha.
the love machines set was the funniest thing ever. especially the freestyles steve and matt(I think...he's the drummer) were doing. I WAS HURTING FROM SMILLING AND LAUGHING SO MUCH :D.
I saw many familar faces, and i've met a few new people. it was a really fun time. I was dissapointed at first cause a few bands sketched out, and than we didn't have amps to use. but by the end of the night, I think I can safely say that I had a whole bag full of fun.
anyways, thanks everyone :). AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT FINNER! hope you enjoyed yourself as much as I did :).

sunday I went to the cannibal corpse show with Mel. We hung out with MaFinner and Ashley. Black Dahlia Murder was the only good band there...and even at that, I wasn't that impressed.
tuesday atreyu cancelled and so did lamb of god (thank god, I got a refund.), so instead, I went downtown and being the sketchy fucker that I am, was 30 minutes late for MaFinners, Ashleys, Laurens, Marcos bubble tea hang out date. Oh well, I showed up, that's all that matters right? yep, thanks to matt, I got a bubble tea for free, thanks dude. Than the shooting.

Alright, I feel sorry for my last entry...so i'll make this entry to compensate for the other one. Thoughts don't matter, it's all about actions. so 4,3,2,1 action, smile.
I had a good weekend. I'd say. Friday, I had friday off, which meant I went to bed really late on thursday, and woke up even more late by 12 hours the friday. WOO SLEEP. but that meant I would have problems making plans, so I ended up drinking with my friend krystal and some guy, I forget his name. It was alright...I don't drink.
saturday, I woke up at like 8, but went back to bed till like 12. I hung out with Marissa and Kayla for a bit, they're cool cats. I was pretty quiet most of the time..haaha, but anyways, then we met up with Mafinner and gavin, and went to phase 2...fun times. Then Marissa dropped us off close to rideau, so we could meet up with Ashley and *maybe* alan. Ashley showed up, and we hung out at the docks, and had supper. THANKS FOR PITCHING IN FOR ME :). I feel terrible, i'll have to pay these guys back one day. Then sunday came, didn't have plans, then out of nowhere Mike said there was fireworks, and we'd hang out with Krystal. Well, that quite work, so we (me, kevin, mike, and jen) went back to mike+kevins apartment, and kevin made us this rice. He's a pretty good cook. Funniest part of that night was Mikes cat, asia. It's in heat, and just by calling out it's name, it bends over and it's paw goes up...hahaha, it's the funniest/cutest thing ever. And then monday, I just met up with someone to sell something and went back home.
now I have a bunch of homework to do. a math exam tomorrow, and an oral presentation for thursday...in french. ouch. I have history homework to do by the dozen. ouch. Oh, and some physics homework too, just cause my teacher has become psycho, and removes 4 points per homework not done...lame. She's a bitch, I hate her, you wouldn't believe...I always give her dirty looks in the hallways. Why does she even try so hard to be cute? she should go teach kindergardens, seriously. She's not funny, as if anyone would like her? she insults me, and my intelligence...fucking bitch.

I'm Not Okay
The countless times I came on here, and DIDNT update my journal, is crazy. I'd come on here, open this little empty window, think of something to write, then close it...and I don't even know why i'm updating right now. I'm thinking of getting a journal, not this online stuff...to write some thoughts down. I don't think I can even write thoughts down properly.
alright, so i'll write as far as I remember, I really don't know what to write, besides overly depressing sounding shit that no one should care about. I think i'll make a private entry.
last week:
Tuesday: Went to a show (how fresh.) It was a pretty awesome show. She kills were added last minute to the bill, which was pretty sweet, cause they're an awesome band. Then came on Body Harvest..they're a pretty good band, I didn't enjoy them all that much this time around though. Still danced for them (as far as I remember.) which was fun. Between the Burried and Me played next, I don't see why everyone doesn't like this band, they were decent. I enjoyed them. Then came on....COMEBACK KID...wow, the kids sure love this band, since everyone just started dancing all at once. It was intense...being the pussy that I am...but I still danced to them, which was fun. Amazing band, they're so much better live. Lastly, Bleeding Through came on....and the lights went down....which resulted into a really dark mosh area. Too bad I had to leave 6 songs into their set, cause they were really good. After the show, I met Dan Hooligan...he's a pretty nice guy, we talked about random shit.
Wednesday: this is where I draw a blank...
Thursday: same here...
Friday: Went to Almonte for Finnerfest. Nick DC drove me there and back, big thanks goes out to this great dude. I owe you fo' sho. I enjoyed all the bands -1, cause I was out adventuring in Almonte with Ashley. Almonte is crazy, everything looks sketchy, and withen a 10 minute walk, you can go through downtown and out almost out of Almonte. crazy stuff. Thanks to Matt Finner for the great night. The second band was definitly amazing, and I wish i knew who they were. Throwing down/looking like an idiot for IGE was pretty fun too. Matt H. got stuck in the singers mic chord at one point, which was pretty funny.
Saturday: Hung out with two of my friends, Katrina and Krystal. We didn't do much, we went around, and yep. Katrina and I waited for a friend till 1 am downtown, missing out bus ride back home...so we had to walk all the way back to her apartment, which took us till like 3 am to get there. I crashed there, and didn't sleep at all, I guess I wasn't comfortable...
Sunday: ...Woke up around 2 or 3 (I forget), and went downtown and waited for my bus.
today: well, we're monday. I called my mom, and told I was sick, and stayed home, where I slept all day. Talk about motivation to go to school.
I've been thinking a lot...why am I still in school? when all i've been doing, is either failling, or not passing. I know I could of passed last year, if it wasn't for the stupid teacher in my math class...the class average was 45%, there's no way it was all our fault. Especially when the other classes, mostly passed. I was pulled back a year since I moved, and now i'm failling worst than ever. It's terrible..my averages use to be in the 70s, now I can barely even get that even when I study. I don't sleep enough, I, for some reason, can't. I get random bursts of energy before I go to bed, no matter how tired I am. So I end up getting 5-7 hours of sleep or so. And I hate it, cause then, in class, i'm always tired, and my attention isn't there at all. I've been seriously thinking of dropping out...but that's a terrible way of going. I'd just be digging my grave even deeper. Oh well, whatever...as long I don't get kicked out when i'm 18. I guess, I don't know.
This took me long enough to write..i'd go on and off, so if nothing is making sense, this would the explaination.
QUESTION: If anyone knows anything about online courses, can you tell me about them, or how it works. I've been thinking of taking some, so I can get my diploma for high school. Thanks.

I thought it was pretty fun, I had a good time..most of the kids their were really stupid though, which made me sad...in the pants.

+seeing mike! (and alan and jon, but I see you guys all the time, I still love you guys though...I mean, I can't resist you guys..I mean...hmm...DAMMIT.)

+fitting into a YL shirt...and still having room.
+laughing at people.
+being incredibly hot.
+meeting new people.
+FINNER FEST! hahaha.

-roses dead not having their ep.
-boys night out who cancelled.
-the second band...it sounded like something was dying...and then were brought back to life just to be dying once again.
-not saying bye to jonny properly..I hope I see him before he goes away.
but yeah, i'll have more of an update on my life eventually.
I TALK TO JOELLE NOW, AND ITS AMAZING. but yeah, she seems to NOT mind me TOO much...which is good.

good news everyone, i'm not banned from rideau anymore. YAY!
alright, I just feel the need to mention my friends ali, jamie, emma and mel for what they did for me last saturday..I might not of shown enough appreciation, but I loved everything you guys did (even the big annoying balloons :P..haha). YOU GUYS ROCK.
so with my birthday money, I got myself a white studded belt...since the new pants I got, my belt is too lose for them. I got myself zoolander and the special edition version of fight club on dvd. Oh yeah, if I didn't mention that already, my mom got me a dvd played for my birthday! :D. I also got myself a comeback kid ticket and an alexisonfire ticket..but saddly, boys night out cancelled that show...and I went through so much trouble to get that ticket!! :'(.
Evergreen Terrace is coming to town..WOO! i've known one of their songs for like 3 years now, but never really got into them...I think it's about time that I get more serious about it...haha, a few weeks ago, I checked out a bunch of their other songs. Their Zero cover (by smashing pumpkins) is amazing. The breakdown at the end...so random, so good. it's out of nowhere..I love it. I think I might be buying a mel a ticket for this show as her birthday present...I hope so, I don't want anyone missing such a great show. Everytime I die is openning for them! and if tomorrow comes (I heard they suck live though...and that they're really emo.), should be a fun time.
I feel like my body is breaking apart...my elbow is in so much pain. :(. And i, being the idiot that I am, kicked myself in the toe last night, and broke my toe nail, and it hurts. Hopefully, i'll be in top shape for comeback kid...I really wanna mosh it up.
So yeah, I haven't gotten any phone calls from any of the places i've applied at...it's scaring me :(. I want a job so bad...or the money..haha.
more updates:
last night, was the moneen show. Awesome time...all the bands were great. I finally got the fullblast cd, which makes me super happy, and they had a nice zipup, so I bought it. I feel pretty unique with this zipup...considering the amount of kids that have the same silverstein hoodie at my school...BOOYA. I also got a moneen shirt, it's a medium, but really long at the bottom, for some reason. But anyways, I brought Mitch to the show..I won this contest, so we both got in for free. It was my first time actually meeting mitch, and wow, he's a cool dude..haha. We also got to hang out with them before their show...since I only had an hour of slepe the night before, I was just dead and staring at them..hahaha, they played acoustic songs though, it was really cool. GOOD BAND. Sucky part of the night though, is when Jonny sacked me...oh man, it was so harsh..I thought I lost a piece. hahaha..it was nice seeing some people I know (kayla, ashley, matt, jon...others...haha).
after the show, I walked by to rideau with my ex-girlfriend kayla...it was weird...cause...well, I don't know, it's been 5 months since we've talked to each other, and we didn't even fight. I guess we're starting over all over again. I'll never go back with her though, even if she was single..HA!
Jesse and I took the bus back to gatineau, and yeah, he sorta missed his bus...so he came back to my house and used my phone, and woke up the dogs...and then woke up the whole family...and yeah, my mom wasn't impressed...haha
blah, this is probably all baddly writen and non-making-sense-ish...but what? I only had like 6 hours of sleep total since tuesday.

now isnt the time for us to mourn,
now its the time to show seb how much he meant to us by mourning TOGETHER
and making sure his family and sarah is taken care of
(although im sure it will be the other way around and she'll take care of us)

Thursday night: comeback kid, Ignite, First blood in ottawa=AMAZING!

FRIDAY: met up with carl, emanuel, dan and the rest of the dudes in first blood and went to montreal with them, spent the rest of the day just hanging around montreal with them going to the GI Joe suana and shit then went back for soundcheck and chilled with andrew and some of the boys in this is hell. left for a bit to get super with bri (ignites merch girl who is awesome!) the show started and it was pretty awesme, met up with alexxx, every band played amazingly well! during comeback kid some guy decided to elbow alexxx in the head on purpose and laughed about it so i punched him the head, im normally not like that at all but it made me so angry that hitting a girl was such a big joke to him. i did a flip off the stage during cbk set which was a huge mistake and i paid for it the next day. said bye to andrew and the comeback kid crew and the guys in first blood and then since we met up with gavin and matt k who hitched down and spent the night at marcos whom i really missed.

SATURDAY: then spent the day just walking around the city with ashey and matt k, eating 99cent falefel and sneakig into movies. met up with alex again and went to see the first step, have heart, i refuse, and fire it up. AMAZING SHOW....JUST PLANE AMAZING!!!!!

slept at janies with alexxx, lil' alex, janie, britt, monica lozinski, ashley, and matt k best night ever...spent a large portion of the night contemplating if we should throw a brick on the head of this muskrat that got run over but was still alive...kind of, in the end it would have been best but none of us could actually go through with it. then ashleys mom drove us home sunday.

ok so tonight was ignite, first blood, and comeback kid in ottawa, tomorrow is the same show in montreal and saturday is have heart, i refuse, and the first step in montreal as well and i would like to be home sunday to go to i refuse, between the broken, the gorgeous, and attack in black in ottawa haha BUT our ride to montreal backed out.

However carl and the amazing dudes in first blood agreed to drive ashley and i to the montreal on friday, but we still might need a place to stay (alexxx, janie and marco im looking at you) and we most definatly need a drive home....

ASHLEY AND I NEED A DRIVE HOME FROM MONTREAL TO OTTAWA ON SUNDAY NIGHT OR SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!
